We pride ourselves in making sure your home looks sparkling by the time our team leaves. Below is our clean home checklist.

Kitchen:

  1. Clear and Wipe Countertops: Start by clearing clutter and then wipe down countertops.
  2. Clean and Sanitize the Sink: Ensure the sink is clean and free of debris.
  3. Appliance Care: Wipe down kitchen appliances such as the microwave, toaster, coffee maker, etc.
  4. Stovetop and Oven: Clean the stovetop and oven thoroughly if needed.
  5. Microwave Interior: Don't forget to clean inside the microwave.
  6. Cabinet Doors and Handles: Wipe down cabinet doors and handles to remove smudges and spills.
  7. Trash Can Maintenance: Empty and clean the trash can.
  8. Floor Cleaning: Sweep and mop the kitchen floor.

Bathroom:

  1. Toilet Cleaning: Clean and sanitize the toilet, including the bowl, seat, and tank.
  2. Tub and Shower: Disinfect the bathtub and shower area.
  3. Countertops and Sinks: Wipe down bathroom countertops and sinks.
  4. Mirrors and Glass: Clean mirrors and glass surfaces to a streak-free shine.
  5. Fixture Care: Clean and disinfect bathroom fixtures such as faucets and showerheads.
  6. Fresh Towels: Replace towels and washcloths.
  7. Trash Can Maintenance: Empty and clean the bathroom trash can.
  8. Bathroom Floor: Sweep and mop the bathroom floor.

Bedrooms:

  1. Dust Surfaces: Dust all surfaces, including furniture, shelves, and decor items.
  2. Bed Linens: Change bed linens and make the bed neatly.
  3. Floor Cleaning: Vacuum carpets or clean bedroom floors.
  4. Trash Cans: Empty and clean trash cans in the bedrooms.

Living Areas:

  1. Dust All Surfaces: Dust all surfaces, including electronics and decorative items.
  2. Floor Maintenance: Vacuum carpets or clean floors in living areas.
  3. Windowsills and Glass: Clean windowsills and glass surfaces for clarity.
  4. Trash Cans: Empty and clean trash cans in living spaces.
  5. Organization: Straighten up and organize living areas as needed.

General:

  1. Ceiling Fans and Light Fixtures: Dust ceiling fans and clean light fixtures.
  2. Switches and Doorknobs: Wipe down light switches and doorknobs.
  3. Baseboard Cleaning: Clean and wipe down baseboards.
  4. Floor Care: Vacuum and mop all other floors throughout the house.
  5. High-Touch Surfaces: Clean and disinfect high-touch areas like doorknobs, remote controls, and phones.
  6. Air Vents and Filters: Clean air vents and filters if accessible.
  7. Cobweb Check: Look for cobwebs in corners and on ceilings, and remove them.
  8. Switch Plate Disinfection: Clean and disinfect switch plates.
  9. Garbage Disposal Maintenance: Clean and disinfect the garbage disposal if applicable.
  10. Wall and Upholstery: Check for and clean any stains or spots on walls or upholstery.
  11. Pet-Friendly Cleaning: Empty and clean out any pet litter boxes, clean and disinfect pet bowls if applicable.
  12. Freshen the Air: Check and replace air fresheners or open windows for fresh air.
